What is SA20 League?
The new franchise league organized by Cricket South Africa is known as SA20 league (Cricket South Africa T20 league). The league will have six teams in its first edition. All teams are owned by six different franchises of the Indian Premier League (IPL)

When will SA20 League start?
The league will mark the opening match of its first edition on January 10, 2023. The opening match will be played between MI Cape Town and Paarl Royals at Newlands Cricket Stadium, Cape Town. 33 matches will be played including 2 semi-finals followed by the final.
