The ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy Tour, driven by Nissan, began its most extensive journey around the globe. Surrounded by the growing excitement ahead of the eye-catching & glamorous event in England and Wales starting from 30 May to 14 July 2019.
The #CWCTrophyTour started its journey from the ICC headquarters in Dubai on Monday, 27 August 2018 and ended on 17 February 2019 in Berlin, Germany.
During the nine-month journey, the Trophy Tour traveled not only to traditional cricketing nations, but for the first time ever it went beyond traditional cricket nations to connect with fans in further 11 countries where cricket is growing including Nepal, USA, and Germany.
From the United Arab Emirates, the Trophy traveled to Oman, USA, West Indies, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, India, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Nigeria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany before arriving in England and Wales on 19 February, 2019 for a 100 days tour.
